Så Mange Velsignelse! Søster Schneck Week 14

Hei hei! 


My pday is today becasue we had some responsibilities in oslo the past few days, but we finally made it back to Kristandsand! 
I've been in Norway for a little over a week and man, do I LOVE it!! The work here is hard, but so rewarding! I have felt and seen the Saviors hand in every aspect of this work, and its such a testament that this truly is HIS work! Our missions focus is always on Jesus Christ. In everything we do or say we strive to be more like Him and exemplify His love and light! This transfer we are focusing on the question "who is my Jesus?" That really made me think who Jesus Christ truly is to me. 
This past week I have really dived deep into Christs life and ministry in my studies and I can really say I know my Savior so much more, but still have SO much to learn. MY Jesus is my best friend, my rock, my strength, my shield, my good shepard, my guide, me light, my older brother, my comfort, my peace, my song, my nail in the sure place, MY EVERYTHING AND SO MUCH MORE!! As I have learned more about my Savior and drawn closer to Him, I have such a desire to help the Norwegian people feel of the love and hope I do from Jesus Christ. I cant wait to continue strengthening my relationship with Jesus Christ and I encourage all of you to ask yourself the question "who is MY jesus?" It will truly change your life!!


Here are some highlights from the week!
☆ søster Kristensen and I run every morning and it is SO fun!!
☆ we met our friend Eva at a cute cafe and taught her about temples and plan of salvation! She bought us hot chocolate and helped me with my Norwegian 
☆ we had språk kafe! Which is a language study for people trying to learn norwegian! We had people from Turkey, Philippines and Vietnam! So cool! 
☆ we went with the elders to visit our friend Eivand and he asks the BEST questions about the church. Homeboy is ELECT and comes to all the activities and contributes so much! He will be baptized soon!! He also made us his famous green drink HAHA
☆ speaking of baptism... my friend katlund from wisco got BAPTIZED on Sunday!! So proud of her! 
☆ tried fish cakes for the first time and it was fine HAHA a little too fishy for me. Did it for you dad
☆ We live on an island! 
☆picture this, we were on a mission wide zoom call and the Brownings unmute and go "we love you sister schneck!!" Awee So sweet! But THEN one of the senior couples that new my dad when he served in Norway unmutes and goes "Sister Schneck!! Did you know your dad dated my daughter?!" BRUH HUH?! The whole mission is just like uhhh and im DYING. 
☆ i have been recruited as the ward pianist so i played in sacrament and in primary and will soon have to play for the primary program WOOHOO! Thank you parents and sister roberts for the piano skills, wish i would have practiced more lol
☆ took a 4.5 hour road trip with the elders for first transfer training in Oslo and it was SO PRETTY!!i love fall! 
☆ The brownings were at first transfer training and I call them my "norwegian parents" it was the best reunion and I JUST LOVE THEM! 
☆ we knocked doors in the POURING RAIN and Got some doors slamed in the face but WE KEEP PRESSING ON! 
☆ I FOUND CHICK PEAS!! 
☆ we read 3 Nephi 11 with our friend Lina and she LOVED IT! jesus is the BEST!! 


Overall such an amazing week full of so many blessings and tender mercies!! I LOVE being a missionary and love being apart of this amazing work here in Norway!

Hei Hei!! I am going to try and make more of an effort to send weekly emails again, but no promises. President called me last week to inform me that I am staying in Trondheim for another transfer!! WOOHOO! It was very unexpected, but I couldn't be happier. I love this city with my whole heart! Here are some highlights from the past 2 weeks - For pday a few weeks ago we went inside Nidarosdomen and it felt like I was in Hogwarts, unreal - Got a text from one of the YSA asking if me and Sister Twede could make him food for the ward potluck HAHA he paid for it all, and we ended up making my moms famous chili. He wanted to bring a dish to contribute, but hates cooking HAHA. W Joakim  - Got to go on splits with my bestie SISTER BARKER!!  - It feels like fall here in Trondheim! The leaves are starting to change colors and its getting pretty cold  - Aksel ( a 19 yr old YSA who recently got baptized) is going to be baptizing our cute 8 year old friend in a few weeks, so he joined...

A Tribute To Trondheim; Søster Schneck Wk 65

Hello friends!!  This email is going to be dedicated to TRONDHEIM!! We got transfer news and I will be leaving good ol' trondheim to open ALTA for my last 2 transfers, which is the northernmost mission area in the world. Not exactly sure how I'm feeling right now, excited, scared, humbled, sad and grateful are just a few of the emotions. Trondheim, Norway has my heart. Being able to serve here for the past 5 months has been nothing short of a miracle in my life. I don't fully have the words to describe the impact this place has had on my mission and my life. The people I have met here and the memories I have made mean the world to me and I'm not sure if I am ready to say goodbye. Change has always been something I have had a really hard time with, yet I know it is inevitable, and necessary for growth. ALTA!! Søster Schneck Wk 66

Hey!! This week has been an adventure and full of so many tender mercies and my heart is so full! And... we made it to ALTA!!  Here are some highlights!  ☆ left a piece of my heart in Trondheim, and it definitely wasnt an easy goodbye, but I feel at peace with where I'm at right now and I know this is exactly where I need to be!  ☆ thursday I traveled all day and made it to Tromsø to meet my new companion, Sister Matthews!  ☆ we got stranded in tromsø for 2 days because we currently don't have a place to stay in Alta. we grinded it out there and worked our hardest to make it productive when we weren't in our area HAHA  ☆ Saturday we got a call from president telling us we are finally flying to Alta!! Yay! We took the tiniest 25 person plane and finally landed in our new home!  ☆ we have been living in a hotel for the past few days as we've waited for an apartment, but will be moving in tomorrow (best hotel breakfast EVER)  ☆ ive only been her...
