Twilight And The Bible??! Søster Schneck Week 29

HEY GANG! this week was FULL of so many miracles! It is so amazing to see the Lords hand in this work. There are so many miracles and tender mercies that occur that truly can only come from the Lord. He truly is in every detail of His work. I have seen that when you put in the effort and show your faith to do hard things, God will bless you. I love the story of Jesus when he raised Lazarus from the dead. He could have easily done everything by Himself, but he didn't. He allowed the disciples to remove the stone and do what they could do in the miracle, and then Jesus did what only He could do. I have seen this so much in the past week. When we put forth effort and trust God and do all that we can do, the Lord comes in and performs the miracles thst only he can!

️weekly highlights️
☆ OKAYYY, COOLEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! so after pday on tuesday we decided to knock some doors by the chruch! But the church is about a 30 minute bus ride so we hop on the bus and start talking to this lady. She was so kind and ended up opening up about how her son had recently passed away and how she was really struggling. We ended up teaching her about Jesus Christ and then pulled out the Book of Mormon and read about the Plan of Salvation in Alma! the spirit was so strong and she was just crying and so thankful. We ended up giving her the Book of Mormon and got her contact info. BUT because we literally taught a whole lesson on the bus we missed our stop lol so we had to get off at this random bus stop. But we started knocking doors in this neighborhood. We weren't having too much luck, until we both felt so prompted to knock on this one door. So we go and a lady opens. She wasnt interested in the gospel haha but she had seen our little service post on facebook and really needed help. She said she had tried to get in contact with us for a few weeks but we found out she was texting the wrong number. WHAT ARE THE ODDS WE KNOCKED ON HER DOOR! so we ended up doing service for her later im the week and she asked us to send her the chruchs website so she can learn more!! GOD TRULY IS IN THE DETAILS!! 
☆ on Wednesday we had 10 people at språkkafe! That is the biggest number since I've been here! It is really hard for people to want to come becasue the church is so far away, but we had such a big turn out and it was such a miracle!
☆ this is my last week with sister lindley!! So sad! She goes home next week, i feel like the luckiest missionary in the world to be her companion. I have learned so much! 
☆ sister lindley and i are pro chefs and make delish chick pea and sweat potato bowls and they are DELISH
☆ On the way to District Council on thrusday, we were walking down the street and some dude with super sick sunglasses passed us, so OBVIOUSLY we had to stop and compliment them. We ended up having this aweome discussion about Jesus Christ and gave him a Book of Mormon and invited him to read 3 Nephi 11. We called him the next day and he had read it and LOVED it!! Lets just say, he's just as cool as his sunglasses
☆ sister lindley runs track at UVU so weve been RUNNING and its so fun! We went on a BRUTAL run around our island but it was so fun
☆ it is literally SPRING down here!! The nike puffer has been put away because its been so warm and sunny!! (Lol only 40° but thats pretty warm comparatively)
☆ we were talking to someone about the amazing miracles that Jesus Christ performed and he goes "its so true! Like when we think about Jesus Christ performing these miracels, we dont even think twice. It was just apart of his nature." So true, W comment. BUT THEN HE GOES "just like in Twilight, when Jacob turns into a wolf, nobody thinks anything of it, its just how it is" HAHA GOODBYE
☆ i had to exchange my American Drivers License for a Norwegian drivers permit. The Norwegian government will now have my Drivers license forever, i will never get it back... 
☆ today we made pajama pants with sister schramm!! Literslly love her with my whole heart.
☆yesterday we visited a nonactive member and his family. He was so cool and actuslly loved going to chruch, but ever since covid, no one had contacted him or visited him. SO SAD!! But hes so excited to come back to church!! its so inportant to reachout to those who may feel lost or forgotten!! You never know how you will bless their lives, or how they will bless yours! 
☆ we tried visiting a less active lady in the ward to give her cookies! So we start driving and we are literslly getting lead to the middle of the forest. No civilization. But after 30 minutes of driving in dense forest, literally off roading HAHA we pull up to her "house" which is this sketchy abondoned house you would probably see in a horror movie. So we knock and no answer. So we decide to go to the closest house and see if they know where this lady lives. We pull up to this house (again little sketchy) surrounded by probably 20 broken trampolines. Literally dont ask, becasue i have no idea HAHA. but some mountain man norwegian answers and says that the lady had moved a while ago and he's not interested in our message #embracerejection :/ we're just glad we didnt get kidnapped
☆ hotel california was playing at a cafe BLESS 


OVERALL SUCH A GOOD WEEK! i love being a missionary!! 


SPIRITUAL THOUGHT!! 
This week while reading from the Book of Mormon, something that has really strucked me has been the emphasis of incluvusity throughout. So many times it is mentioned that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is for ALL. Jesus Christs redemption and Atonement arw for ALL. God has love for ALL. the invitation to come unto Him is for ALL. "He inviteth them ALL to come unto Him and partake of His goodness; and He denieth none that come unto Him, black and white, bond and free, male and female; and he remembereth the heathen: and ALL are alike unto God" 2 Nephi 26: 33 
SO POWERFUL!! no matter who you are, our Heavenly Father and Savio love YOU, and They are inviting us ALL to come back into Their loveing embrace. We just need to choose to accept it.
They set the perfect example of how we should live our lives. Loving ALL. Inviting ALL. we can all be instruments in Gods hands for GOOD! 


I love you all and so does God!!

Hei Hei!! I am going to try and make more of an effort to send weekly emails again, but no promises. President called me last week to inform me that I am staying in Trondheim for another transfer!! WOOHOO! It was very unexpected, but I couldn't be happier. I love this city with my whole heart! Here are some highlights from the past 2 weeks - For pday a few weeks ago we went inside Nidarosdomen and it felt like I was in Hogwarts, unreal - Got a text from one of the YSA asking if me and Sister Twede could make him food for the ward potluck HAHA he paid for it all, and we ended up making my moms famous chili. He wanted to bring a dish to contribute, but hates cooking HAHA. W Joakim  - Got to go on splits with my bestie SISTER BARKER!!  - It feels like fall here in Trondheim! The leaves are starting to change colors and its getting pretty cold  - Aksel ( a 19 yr old YSA who recently got baptized) is going to be baptizing our cute 8 year old friend in a few weeks, so he joined...

A Tribute To Trondheim; Søster Schneck Wk 65

Hello friends!!  This email is going to be dedicated to TRONDHEIM!! We got transfer news and I will be leaving good ol' trondheim to open ALTA for my last 2 transfers, which is the northernmost mission area in the world. Not exactly sure how I'm feeling right now, excited, scared, humbled, sad and grateful are just a few of the emotions. Trondheim, Norway has my heart. Being able to serve here for the past 5 months has been nothing short of a miracle in my life. I don't fully have the words to describe the impact this place has had on my mission and my life. The people I have met here and the memories I have made mean the world to me and I'm not sure if I am ready to say goodbye. Change has always been something I have had a really hard time with, yet I know it is inevitable, and necessary for growth. If you would have asked me how I felt 5 months ago as I was saying goodbye to 8 months of memories in Kristiansand, I would have expressed that I was feeling about...

ALTA!! Søster Schneck Wk 66

Hey!! This week has been an adventure and full of so many tender mercies and my heart is so full! And... we made it to ALTA!!  Here are some highlights!  ☆ left a piece of my heart in Trondheim, and it definitely wasnt an easy goodbye, but I feel at peace with where I'm at right now and I know this is exactly where I need to be!  ☆ thursday I traveled all day and made it to Tromsø to meet my new companion, Sister Matthews!  ☆ we got stranded in tromsø for 2 days because we currently don't have a place to stay in Alta. we grinded it out there and worked our hardest to make it productive when we weren't in our area HAHA  ☆ Saturday we got a call from president telling us we are finally flying to Alta!! Yay! We took the tiniest 25 person plane and finally landed in our new home!  ☆ we have been living in a hotel for the past few days as we've waited for an apartment, but will be moving in tomorrow (best hotel breakfast EVER)  ☆ ive only been her...
