Image
Hei alle sammen!!  This past week was SO good and full of miracles, laughs and memories! I just feel so blessed to be here and I never want to leave Ksand!  When Presdient first told me I would be doing my 5th transfer in Kristiansand, I was honestly a little bummed... 7.5 months is a long time haha. Its definitely hard to see other missionaries move on every transfer and it feels like I'm just stuck lol but this past week has been such a good reminder to me that this mission isnt about me and what I want, and it never will be. My mission is to align my wills with Gods and help His children come closer to Jesus Christ. TRUST GOD!! After changing my perspective, I've been able to regain my love and excitement for the cute city of Kristiansand and its people! Feel forever blessed that I get to serve here  weekly highlights ☆ we had an awesome lesson with our friend Anna-Carin about baptism. We invited her to be baptized and she was a little unsure so we told her we understo...

GOD IS GOOD!  We got transfer news and drum roll please.... YOUR GIRL IS STAYING IN KRISTANSAND HAHA Its crazy to think I'm almost halfway done with my mission and Im still in my first area, but its teaching me to trust God and really put my mission in His hands.  here are a few highlights!  ☆ we watched the Book of Mormon videos with one of our friends and she fell in love with Nephi HAHAH ☆had a traditional norwegian christmas meal on sunday of pinnekjøtt (look it up) ☆ last p day we played soccer a district! Hey gang! Soo let me explain the title of my email. For christmas my mom sent me the BRIGHTEST green shirt with an avacodo on it saying " i avoco-dont know what im doing" ngl when i saw that i was SO confused because she knows i would NEVER wear a shirt like that HAHAH but she explained to me that its because im always saying I have no idea what im doing or whats going on, so now i have a sick avocodo shirt that just explains my life at the moment. But more about that later... ️weekly highlights ☆ last pday we flew to Bergen for a special Zone Conference with Elder Phillips!  ☆ it was my first time flying in Norway and of course Im the one that has to know whats going on lol, took a while to finally figure out what was going on, but we did it. Heisann!!  Hope you all had the BEST week ever!! This week was CRAZY but really good. There has been so much change, but it truly has been the biggest blessing! EMBRACE THE CHANGE!! I set that as my motto for 2024 and I am so happy I can focus on that. Change isnt the easiest for me, but i can always look back retrospectively and see how much growth has come from the change.  ️weekly highlights ☆ Søster Lindley and I took a 5 hour train ride from Kristansand to Oslo! I have taken this train ride SO many times, but its always so beautiful, so I'm not complaining. ☆ on the train we sat across from this 19 year old dude and we started talking him and ended up teaching him ALL 4 LESSONS on that 5 hour train ride HAHA he was soo interested and thought it was the coolest thing  ☆ this same dude ended up telling us a little about the graduation culture in Norway and it is INSANE. LITERALLY INSANE, it puts the U.S graduation traditions to shame. All the kids who are graduating fr...
